Does Touch use the same glass/coating as the iPhone? I gather the iPhone screen is pretty resistant to scratches. I have a plastic protector applied to my screen but the protector makes the screen slightly muddy looking. I'm wondering if it's okay to remove it..

yes the ipod touch uses the same screen as the iphone
if u search iphone stress test in google, u will find a guy scratching his keys on the surface really really hard and nothing is scratched
i have no idea why u still have that screen protector on it. it just makes it look more like a zune or a zen micro mini or watever the heck those pieces of crap are.
