iPod touch iPod Touch Separating Album's by Artist

I have a 3rd gen 32GB iPod Touch, and when I search my music by album the iPod separates my albums by the artists. So for a soundtrack where every song is from a different band, I get 15 listings for the same album. This is really annoying, and I am wondering if there is a way to fix it.

Try plugging it back into iTunes and navigate to your device. Show the song list and then click on the album column to sort it that way. It should stay that way when you unplug it.
