iPod touch iPod Touch Stolen - unlocked :( help

Hi-

My iPod touch was stolen last night at a bagel store. My touch was unlocked so i'm afraid that the thief now has access to my email...my facebook... and all my other accounts.

I know that he or she would most likely prefer to wipe out all my info. so that they can use it or sell it- but in the mean time is there any precaution I can take so that they can't see or use my emails? If i were to change my passwords (email, facebook etc.) on my computer will they be unable to access my mail or accounts on my ipod?

Hurry up and change any and all passwords EVERYWHERE.

And of course they wouldn't be able to access your stuff from your iPod if you changed the passwords from your computer. Remember to change the iTunes-one as well.
