iPod touch iPod touch sync problems... getting error messages

I have no trouble getting my iTouch to appear in iTunes... its when I try to load songs that I get 2 error messages, both at the same time.

"attempting to copy to the disk "My iPod" failed. The disk could not be read from or written to"

"The iPod "My iPod" cannot be synced. The disk could not be read from or written to."


Help Please!!!!!!!


I do not have a mac, so I am using a PC... I wish I had a mac tho!
