How can I sync my music without syncing my apps? I can't seem to figure it out. I DON'T want to update my apps, but iTunes forces me to before I can update my music. My apps take about an hour or so to sync, so I don't have the time.

Under the 'Applications' tab in your iPod Touch's section there should be a box called 'Sync Applications' you can uncheck (although it will remove your applications) or you can uncheck individual apps there as well.

Thankyou, but I don't want to remove my applications from my iPod. I simply want to update my music without syncing my apps. Is this possible?

If you are just adding songs, the Touch will usually Backup-add the songs and then sync - contacts, mail, etc. It does not sync apps unless you have changed them.

Are you on 2.1?
