hey i had just bought an ipod touch and added an mp4 movie onto my itunes. it wont allow me to sync it to the ipod touch, but it works completely fine in itunes. i the right click and convert it for ipod/iphone. and after that conversion is done im left with a white video screen with audio. how do i get this to work???!
