ipod touch to itunes

Ive been trying to fid an app that will let me get my music off my ipod touch and back onto iTunes, sentui doesn't work with ipod touch and all the other apps ive found have been pay for. if anyone knows a free app it would be much appreciated.

Whitney mentioned here that some people have had success with a workaround to get Senuti to work. He also should soon be releasing a beta that will work directly with iPod touch/iPhone.
