I'm hoping so, since I pre-ordered one, but who knows? I hope we'll at least start seeing a ship date, instead of the generic "ships in October"

as of 12:13 am PST on October 1st, my pre-order still states available to ship in october..so I am guessing not, but the day is still young! I still have hope!

An Apple Store employee that I talked to seemed to think that they'd likely ship around mid-late October. I don't think it's a hush-hush detail that's being kept as a surprise as much as it is Apple genuinely not knowing yet.

Ok, here we go: October is officially named the "I really need to know WHAT-DAY month" Is it today? Will it be tomorrow? Will it be the 4th, the 5th?......

I just looked around shopping mall sites in Korea. they all posted 'it will ship the second week of October'. so I guess that we can get it around October 14th or 15th.
