SO the ipod has no GPS and youcan only track it over wifi.
It always worked grate and it was VERY exact!
But now it's of by like a mile anyway of improving it ?

The ipod gets its location from the ISP its connected to via its IP address. If the ISP is sending the wrong location, thats what you will see. There is nothing that can be done.
