the iPhone 2.0 software is available to iPod Touch users for 9.95. The previous update (Google Maps, etc) was availablt to Touch users for 20 bucks.

My cousin owns a iPod Touch and never updated because he didnt want to pay the 20 bucks. If he purchases this iPhone 2.0 software for 9.95, will he also get all the features that were included in the previous update? So instead of paying 39.95 for all of these features, he would just pay 9.95?

Anyone know?
