I was really psyched for a new Touch but I'm in the camp with those who are disappointed with the upgrade.
Now I'm just thinking aloud here. Cost difference between the 32gb Touch and the 16gb iPhone is $340 (in Canadian dollars).
Because I buy the iPhone unlocked, I can activate a prepaid SIM with it that would give me $2/day or $7/week 3G data on an as-needed basis. Most of the time I'm on wifi anyway... I'd only need the 3G occasionally.
Have no need to use the iPhone for voice (need to be on a BB for work and have no desire to switch).
Is it worth the extra cash??? I'm on the fence on this one. The other option is that I save the money and keep chugging along with my 2nd gen 8gb touch (this option is currently in the lead).
