I have 3 or 4 stuck pixels on my iPod touch. If this is covered by warranty, will i receive a new ipod touch or a refurbished one? And how will I know if they are giving me a new one or a refurbished one? I purchased my iPod from the Apple Store in December.

I can't imagine that this wouldn't be covered under warranty. I know a copy of it comes with the Touch (came with mine), so it's worth a glance or two to find out.
As for a new or refurbished one, again, you should call and ask what their policy is; I can't say for sure, but I think you'd likely get a new one. Just a guess, so don't quote me.
