iPod touch iPod Touch Wifi problem - site specific

Recently, my iPod touch has been unable to open the site of my local newspaper. I have opened this site many, many times with my touch before with no problem. I unhooked my router recently, but my Touch has no problem opening other sites even after I hooked it back up. I know it's not a site problem because my laptop can open this site using the same router. Any suggestions?

is it a java heavy website? that may have something to do with it. make sure your java is tuned on in the Safari settings.


i noticed some sites load slower than others. alot of video content won't work on ipod touch (yahoo videos etc)

Java is on. It will not even load the page in the title bar. It is as if the server is down, but I know it's not.

Post the URL you use from your computer. Some of us can try and see what we get.
