iPod touch iPod touch will not restore on an Airport Extreme WIFI network?

Well, I want to rejailbreak my iPod touch but restore the firmware to 3.1.3, having probs with 4.1 and jailbreaking that. So, I press option and Restore, select the IPSW for 3.1.3 BUT it gives me error 3194... I'm on an Airport Extreme...

Has nothing to do with the router/Wi-Fi. You cannot restore to that firmware since Apple is no longer signing it.

This is because you don't have your SHSH blobs on file or you haven't modded your host file correctly.
