When I connect my ipod touch to my home wifi network it asks for the password. Then it shows the circle moving as it's connecting. And then to the left of the network name it will show a check mark to show it is connected. However after about 3 seconds the check mark goes away and it is disconnected from the wifi connection. I have restored all settings including the network settings and I have also connected it to itunes to update the software. Anyone else had this problem or can help me resolve it?

Has it ever connected to that router? I have found a number of routers that my iPod will appear to connect to, but nothing works (including a belkin and a netgear). Mu iPod has no problems connecting to a linksys, apple or two other belkin routers.

yes, it has connected to the network before. Last night it all of the sudden disconnected for some reason. When I went to re-connect it the entire wifi selection was grey and it said no wifi. It wouldn't even let you hit the wifi to open the selections. I looked up online and read where other people had that problem and to fix it they deleted all the cookies, cache and then turned the phone off then on again. So I did and it fixed that problem. Only now it won't stay connected to my home network like before.
