iPod touch Ipod Touch wont turn on....

So I tried to restore my jailbroken Ipod Touch. I went to Settings>General>Restore option... But now i wont turn on it just stays on my matrix bootlogo. Then sometimes it will go white. Then the apple logo will pop up then poof, matrix logo once again. Ive tried to restore via the buttons ( hold the power and home button)... Please Help Me.

Never use the reset option on a jailbroken iDevice. The only fix is to put it into DFU mode and restore it in iTunes.

Thank you very much..... I knew about DFU mode but didnt actually try it...
