OK my iPod touch turns of automatically whenever it is low on power dose power of automactically then it will not turn on so I have to plug it in the car useing the car charger Do have wait at least like 10 mins before the white apple logo comes before I could my IPod Touch? I know that my iPod cannot be charged with a FireWire based charger which it is not supported connecting it may get me a alert screen correct me if I right any help thanks!

The expected behavior is listed (sort of) in the troubleshooting assistant.

Yes, the iPod will power off automatically when the battery is too drained, and it is not supposed to turn on again until it has been sufficiently charged.
