iPod Ipod USA v Europe

Can anyone tell me if I buy an IPod in the US will everything that comes in the box work?
Also, if I got a charger, will I just need to have a Pin adapter to charge the Ipod i.e. I won't fry it.

Other than the plug you should be fine buying it the US and bringing it to Europe.......don't forget to declare it at customs and pay your VAT and import duty of 21%.

All the stuff in the box will work ok, USB is the same in USA and Europe.

The charger will probably have the wrong plug but it will switch between different voltages. For the sake of a minimal saving, I would wait and buy it when you get back home.
