iPod Ipod video appears as a song...

I recently downloaded all of my friend songs and videos from his pc. But now

all the videos he sent me are like songs and dont come up in my videos. I

have tried to go to info then options then

to change the video type but the box to change the video type to

video,movie,music video,etc isnt there.

The videos are in the right format and all. What should i do?
