When i play a video the ipod video like fastfoward and rewinds 4 seconds and if i'm watching a 2 hour movie it takes forever for me to fastfoward and rewind it. is there like a setting on the ipod to set the fastfoward and rewinds to like 1 min instead of 4 seconds. thanks

Have you tired touching the centre button to bring up the progress bar? Then you can scrub forwards or backwards by running your finger around the scroll wheel.
You won't be able to watch your movie fast forward - you go to a time, press the centre button again and your movie will start from the time you selected.
It's fairly taxing on the processor to fast forward and rewind as we are used to with videos and DVD's etc, especially with the kind of compressed files with which the iPod deals.
