Hey. Just got a new 60gb Video iPod, but 1 thing really bugs me, you can't browse your videos like you can in music, like via Artist & Album in the Music Videos bit, aswell as having all of my TV Shows set as Movies, meaning I can't browse them by season, show etc.

Any workarounds available?!

We'll probably see software updates to iTunes and iPods in a few weeks. Apple will tend to improve on features as users request them. This is highly likely one of them, as is gapless playback. :p

The gapless playback function has been requested for years, and Apple has not made any progress on it. The same is true with the TV Show tags, it is unlikely that Apple will make that easy to do. Lacero was just being Lacero...

The good news is that you can use AtomicParsley to set the TV Show tags yourself today.

so say I have a bunch of simpsons episodes arranged in folders by season on my external drive.....how do i copy that to the ipod? will they stay in the folders while on the ipod

also, is there a way i can keep all my videos in my itunes library even if they are in avi format just like if you downloaded them from the ITMS? thanks
