iPod touch iPod viruses?

I kind of feel silly posting this- I started googling on it but decided to come here.. Has anyone heard of malicious apps going around? I'm downloading a random movie (Batman) off Frostwire that has "iPod" in the title and got to thinking how I'd feel pretty stupid if it was a virus made specifically for the ipod... I'm pretty tired right now tho.. can viruses even be transmitted thru mp4's? daddy where do viruses come from? I always thought they came from storks but.. okay I'm going to bed now- thanks in advance

iPods can defiantly carry viruses, said viruses can not hurt your Mac. If you don't have a Mac, that is too bad.
