iPod iPod wakes up computer

is there any way to get my ipod to stop waking my laptop up from sleep mode when i plug it in to charge? because that is getting very irritating, as i want it asleep! thanks.

Just put it back to sleep, then it won't start. But, I guess to solve your problem you could try making sure in prefernces that Opening iTunes when iPod is plugged is off because thats what probably wakes it up.

You'll probably have to turn off disk use too, but even then I don't know if you can stop it.
