iPod touch ipod wont show videos

awile ago i downloaded some podcasts off my ipod on the itunes store app. it says in my ipod summary that i have 6 videos or podcasts but they arent on my ipod. and now its taking up like a gig of memory so i cant download more music.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

You can try deleting and re-loading it. I guess if that doesnt work then youd just have to stop by the apple store. Sorry i couldnt help much.
