I General Contractor and use an iPad Pro and currently Goodnotes (awesome app) to do rough floor plans/drawings for reference to do bids. I really would prefer something to sketch to scale with the ability to export to PDF with support for Google Drive. It also must use the Apple Pencil. I typically measure and draw bathrooms or decks.

Any ideas on what is good or bad. Most of what I find in the App Store doesn't have a trial. I don't mind paying but I certainly want a trial.

TIA,
Jeff

I can personally vouch for Procreate. It’s an excellent app and will do what you’re asking and more. You can export in PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG and TIFF. As for Google Drive support, yes it will, along with any other provider supported by the Files app, such as DropBox for instance.

If you wanted to do vector work on the iPad at any point, I like Graphic, very good Illustrator alternative.
