IPP brief headphone static

So, when I plug in my klipsch in ear headphones (iem's) I hear a little static when switching between songs or media with audio (switching between YouTube clips). I thought it might be the headphones, but then it also happened with another set. It does not take place with my iPhone or MacBook. It also doesn't happen when playing through the speakers. Any thoughts?
