IPP Printing on Mountain lion

I am trying to print over the web from one Imac to another Imac on a Network Canon printer. I am try to print using Photoshop but I am not seeing the printer when I go to add a printer and I put in the IP address.

So what do I need to do in order for this to work.. Thanks in advance for any suggestion or help.
