IpT 2g jailbreak, How to enable multitasking?

First of all, I already have my ipod jailbroken with firmware 3.1.2
I tried to download Ztoggle but it says file corruption so I cant even install it.
So I tried using Feature (another method of enabling multitasking
The problem is i downloaded it, and I have no idea how to activate it.
I tried going into winterboard and enable
iPod, Wallpaper, Tasking // Unified Ipod
Does not work!
Help anyone??
