Today when I launched firefox, it started with iqquiz-fb.com. This website is very annoying, and will not let me click off, because it has repeated popups that I must answer one way or another. I force quit firefox, and opened again. Same thing. I thought maybe I accidentally typed in the wrong address name for facebook. I started safari to search for answers, and this site didnt' come up, apple.com (or whatever it is) did. I couldn't find any answers, so I started up firefox again to see if I could find some more information from the site itself. This time, firefox had an error, and could not open it. I checked what my homepage was set to, and it was set to the default homepage that firefox always is set to when first installed or updated, which I have never changed off of that.

So heres my question: Is this some kind of spyware, even on a mac, that I'm not aware of? I haven't downloaded anything recently except teacher distributed notes for my chemistry class, a pdf from a university about iweb, and two pictures from a local news website.

Thanks for your help. This is a puzzling thing for me, and I'd like to find a solution.
