IR remote/receiver for Mac that works with iTunes?

I know there are a million and one RF remotes out there for Macs that work with iTunes. I'm looking to add one to my PowerMac to control iTunes (and controlling other things like DVD player and VLC would be a plus), but, I have a Logitech Harmony remote, that only does IR, so I need an IR based remote so it works with my remote since it doesn't do RF. I've yet to come across any, unless I'm not looking hard enough. Can someone recommend one? I'm assuming it would have to be USB.
