Irealsms app icon theming

Hello,

I have irealsms on my iPhone and have been fooling around with some themes. But irealsms which is my messaging app doesn't change.

I wondered if anyone knew of the name of the default messaging app. And the folder structure I would need if I wanted to make a theme of additional icons?

Like one of my themes is glasklart, and I know there are additional icons I can get from the web, but what would the folder structure be if I was making my own theme?
