iRemote Suite Help Needed

Hi,

I have just downloaded the iRemote Suite free app. It's brilliant, but I can only use it when I am on the same wifi network as the laptop, which means it's fairly useless. It says in the app description 'You are also able to reach target host by means of GPRS / 3G if it is globally available'.

How to I make it 'Globally Available' ?
