Its keeps asking me to log in to my SANDBOX Game Center Account not my normal Game Center.....Please help...How do i fix this?!?!?!

But that does sound exactly like the reported Appsync issue.
Anyway give this a try:
1)Go to Settings -> Store [Sign out]
**Before signing out make sure you have atleast an app that uses Game Center.
2)Go to Game Center app [Sign out of game center if you haven't already]
3)Must have a spare email account so create one if you do not have one [crucial]
4)Open the app that utilizes Game Center like Tappi Bear or Angry Birds.
5)It should ask you to sign in, create account using the spare email account.
6)Go to Game Center and sign out of that account. If it's not signed in, go back to the app that you created the Account in and sign in then go back to Game Center to sign out.
7)Reboot
8)Go into the app that uses Game Center, sign in with the spare account.
9)Go to Game Center app, sign out of that spare account. [Make sure you close the app entirely including from the multi task bar)
10)Sign in with your REAL/MAIN account.

When i use hacked games it asked me to sign in to my SANDBOX GC but if its a game I bought it works fine with my normal GC Account.....Why can't i use my normal GC Account on the hacked games??
I thought you weren't jailbroken?
Try the steps above, make sure you always close the apps/games from the multi task bar as well after the guide in my post tell you to close an app.
And like i said, it's a known issue with Appsync/installous/cracked apps.
Could always buy them to avoid the issue

i'm not Jailbroken.....I use iResign
Ive tried the Steps above and when i go back to the Hacked game it still ask for my SANDBOX Account....
to avoid this issue. restore your phone to factory. run a game center game you legitimately own. jailbreak. open the same game again make sure it signs you into your real account. install appasync. run same legit game again. try running hacked game it should sign you into your real account.
not sure if all these steps are needed. but it works for me when i run into sandbox issue on a new phone.
