I stumbled upon very strange behaviour when playing Simcity under Bootcamp (Windows 7 64bit)

Using energy profile "High Performance" when my Macbook is running on battery only, it achieves +/- 28 fps. When I plug the charger in, the framerate drops to +/- 19fps, while it's still in "High Performance" mode and battery is at 100%. Interesting fact: it's the same perfomance as if I run on battery and use profile "Balanced". Therefore it means the 5200 reverts to "Balanced" when I plug the power cable in, while it's actually still configured as "High Performance"

I checked the advanced settings of profile "High Performance" and for "Intel Graphics Settings", "Intel Graphics Power Plan" it clearly says "High performance" for both "battery" and "AC Power"

How to fix? Some of you with 15"Haswell rMBP's noticed this too?
