Hi i've always wondered this, Apple has its stores in the uk and a lot of europe but why not in Ireland. Every time i buy an Apple product i have to get it online or in the premium apple resellers which aren't neer as good as the Apple stores. So my question is does any one know when an Apple Store will be coming to Ireland.

If that's any consolation there are none in Denmark either.

Nearest one is in Germany :-/

This is one in Northern Ireland, however, so you could go up there.

I've wondered the same myself actually, I thought Dublin would get an Apple store long before Belfast would.

Perhaps it's because Belfast is in the UK, maybe it's easier for Apple since they already have stores the UK and wouldn't have any additional administrative overhead in terms of tax etc.

It could be because we've no money left. Can we pay in potatoes? :p

Surprising too there's no store here in Cork, given their huge presence here.

I agree,Would make sense if they had one in Cork at least! If there putting one in Cork, I'd say the Elysian would be perfect for them! Their retail space would suit Apple's taste :) #JustSaying

They have a store here in Belfast - probably because it was easy to open up a retail store as they are already in the UK market and are registered to sell.

Surprising though as Apple's european headquarters is in Cork and it deals with all of the countries Apple operates in within the european union.
