Is 1.1.3 already installed on new iphones??

I think it would depend on how quickly their stock gets changed with all 1.1.3 firmware on it.

I personally think that it would seen as they want less people to have jailbroken phones.

I suggest that you ask a member in the Apple Store first.

Surely it would just add it when you sync it with iTunes during regestration

They are turning stock at the apple stores pretty fast, so I believe the 20,000 a day figure Steve mentioned yesterday. I bought a week 50 iphone in December and after doing the math figured that my phone had been manufactured just 1 or 2 days before I bought it.
