Is the 10.7 installer from the App store hardware independent or does it pull down the installer for the hardware you download it on?

I am an enterprise user that pulled down the installer for use on multiple machines and need to know if the drivers are included for all models (so I can build images for universal use with all Mac models).

I noticed with the 10.7.1 update that I could not find a combo update, so this worries me somewhat as the person at my institution who builds Mac images.

It's hardware dependent to an extend, i.e. it won't install on an MBA or Mini, as they were released with Lion installed and came with a different version (drivers, I'd imagine) to that found on the MAS.

There's no combo update, as this is the first update for 10.7, so there won't be a combo update until 10.7.2 is released, but you can download a complete version of 10.7.1.

This download won't work on a 2011 MBA or Mini.
