Is 16gb iPhone worth it as of now?

so I lost my Moto cell today.. Now I need a new phone I was waiting for a new iphone modle to come out but now I need a phone and the iPhone was my next phone I was going to get if or when the new modle comes out..

So would it be a good idea to get the iPhone 16gb as of now or just wait a bit more?
