Is 2BuyStore.com a reputable store for 20" ACD?

I just checked out the section on Apple LCD prices on the MR home page and it turned up a listing for 2BuyStore.com selling the 20" ACD for about $150 less than everyone else and free shipping. Was just wondering if this is a good place to buy from? Anyone with experience with them?

Based on their average rating I would say not to buy from them.
The fact is, you may be ok, but is it worth the risk?
