Is $360 good for a practically new 5S?

That would depend on whether it's unlocked, and which carrier it's on.
A Sprint or Virgin Mobile phone would be worth a lot less than the versions with other US carriers, because it cannot be unlocked and carried over to a different network. You also need to make sure that the IMEI is clear on any used phone.

I was also due for an upgrade soon, not sure what phone you have now I never had an iphone so I jumped on an 5S I payed 350.00 for a mint phone with a lot of accessories. If I really enjoy it i will get the 6 when I have the chance and sell this phone for at least 200.00 to recoup some money for the 6.

32GB - Holy ****, amazing.

EDIT: Actually yeah, carrier matters a lot. If it's Sprint it'll only do you good if you're on Sprint. Any other carrier should be okay if it's unlocked.

I'll take it when your ready to sell! Really I would because you would be asking way to little at 200 for a 5s if you sell it in a few months when the 6 comes out

The price all depends on this and if you can activate it in front of the seller, Walk away working in your name with iCloud now in your name and it totally working for you and no hitches.

Really? Damn might have to do it. The only hesitation I have is being harder to reach the top of the screen w my thumb.
Online makes it risky. Is it a reputable site? It's scary when you can't do it in person to many things can go wrong
Like i said in another thread I never owned an iphone I should have it by Thursday and if I'm enjoying it and things are going well I will try and preorder the 6 but I remember the 5 I preorder for my son and still took almost 3 months to get it thru sprint. So depending on what I'm getting 16 32 64 etc 200.00 should cover half my cost if I renew my contract. Not looking to make a profit just recoup some money.
Wait, you mentioned unlocked but then you mentioned Sprint. Only Sprint iPhones will work on Sprint. Sprint also doesn't unlock for domestic use that's why resale value of Sprint iPhones is lower compared to other models.

This is a good price OP, even I'm interested. I need to get an iPhone to my wife when I upgrade to the 6. She currently has a 4 and my 5 I want to give it to my son.
