Is 600mb of "Other" after a fresh restore typical?

Is 600mb of "Other" after a fresh restore typical? Could you guys post your 'other' space usage?

i,d like to know this too as mine is saying 0.69GB of "Other" after a fresh sync.
Also what would all that be?

yes is normal,thats your firmware but if it gets bigger than 1 gb you have to deleted files from itunes folder using funbox or winsp.
dont have the exact location of the itunes folder but you can google it.

It stays the same.I clear all text messages and safari,youtube histories etc and never gets smaller
