Is 6BGB now possible with SL 10.6.2 on late 2008 13" unibody MacBook5,1?

I've been wanting to upgrade my 13" unibody MacBook5,1 from 4GB to 6GB.

I read some people got it working successfully in leopard 10.5.8, but experienced issues in snow leopard (up to 10.6.1).

Now that 10.6.2 is out, I'm wondering if 6GB would work fine on that late 2008 unibody macbook.

My current specs are:

13" MacBook5,1
4GB RAM
500GB hard drive
2.4Ghz core 2 duo
