Is a keyboard for iPad compatible with MBP?

I am looking for a external keyboard without numeric keypad, and the official one sells for $95 in Australia, and wireless is the only option. I searched on ebay and found several bluetooth keyboard for iPhone/iPad are said to be compatible with laptop, such like(see compatibility list, last item):

that keyboard uses bluetooth, and macbook pro's have bluetooth, so yes, it will work.

99.9% of all bluetooth and usb keyboards work with mac.
