Macbook from mid 2007. I'm getting less than 2 hours on the battery now, usually about 1:15-1:30, depending on what all I'm running. It's just enough to last for one class.

I can get a new battery for around $50 or $60, it looks like. I just upgraded the harddrive to 160 gigs, ram to 2 gigs, replaced the fan and updated to SL. I'm planning for this computer to last me atleast another year and a half, maybe two or more. I think buying a battery now would be a good idea, because a new battery should last until I replace the computer, but I can't bring myself to click the "order" button...

Seriously, though, just click the button. Your MacBook will be so much more usable after feeding it a new battery.
