is a neXTstation turbo rare?

I found one and it is $150 i dont know much about them but what is it worth with and without the peripherals because i dont know if it comes with monitor keyboard and mouse

It's only worth it if you:

1. Know what it is and how to use it.
2. Have a guarantee that it all works and is original.
3. Have access to software, guides and useage information.
4. Is something you really truly want and can afford to expend money on.
