Only the Dual Core (not Dual Processor) and Quad Core G5s have the required PCI Express slots for that card. All of the other G5s have PCI and/or PCI-X slots which are different and would not be able to take such a card.

The first link says it requires 10.6.8, max a PPC will boot is 10.5.8 but checking under compatibility it lists the late 2005 Powermac G5.
