They don't "have" that one for iPad 2 yet but Im gonna look for a high res image and make my own. Good idea.

I just clicked on this post to say that whatever the "United Fed of Planets" is it's got to be too geeky. Then I saw LCARS and don't know what that is either. No need to respond with the answer because I don't want to know.

LCARS is such a great UI done in the 80's and it still nice to this day. I like ST VOY Year of Hell when you know gets blinded (even now I dont want to spoil it for others lol) and he said
Voyager was the best of the franchise. Tng opened the door but Voyager was lyrical and beautiful.
The year of hell was awesome.

I got GelaSkins mathematics-inspired "Fish" by MC Escher. This is a wonderful tessellation using red and yellow fish. It looks *awesome* on my iPad and matches perfectly with the red Smart Cover.
United Federation of Planets would make a wonderful theme. I think LCARS would be good for the wallpaper, though you might have to reduce the brightness a bit for better contrast with the iOS icons. Go for it! And please post pictures when you do!.

I guess you can have the image silk screened onto a Smart Cover?
Wesley Crushers rainbow shirt matches the same gray as the smart cover. I'd love to see that color mod.
I have all the DVDs so dont need to go to Netflixs if I even could. Netflix isnt here in the UK.
