Is all 16gig RAM CL11 now?

Trying to find some CL9 or 10 1600/128000 RAM in 8 gig (x2) sticks for a mid-2012 cMBP, but it seems like everything is CL11 for 8 gig sticks. My computer came with CL 11. Is the CL thing still a big issue with kernel panics, or is the only option CL11 now in that size of RAM?

OWC memory is CL11, if it were causing panics then I doubt they would be selling it for the 2012.
