is an iphone 4 4.0 restore to 4.0 possible?

i got an iphone 4... runnin on fw 4.0 jb with jailbreakme
evrything was fine with it until a few days ago when every time i opened a video on youtube or even some of my ipod songs, 2 seconds after it starts playin my iphone resprings itself to safe mode,
i tried to restore with and without tinyumbrella and i keep gettin error 3002.

is it possible to restore the iphone 4 to the same firmware or i can only upgrade it???

Does Cydia say it has the SHSH blobs saved for 4.0 when you login?

It should look like this although this is an old screen cap.
