Hi, i have reason to believe someone may have accessed my mac and put spyware or monitoring software on it or something of that nature.

Is any of this software suspicious? Is there any way to find out if someones put something on my mac? I got this list from the software list.

Have you given someone physical access to your Mac, or given them access through screen sharing or other remote desktop apps? If not, they can't install such apps on your Mac. Nothing in the list is suspicious. Just make sure all your passwords, including for any email accounts, are long and complex, using special characters, numbers and upper and lower case letters.
